Morris CSD re-elects Mary Dugan as board president; Judy Matson reappointed district clerk

Judy Matson was re-appointed District Clerk on a subsequent motion that carried 4-0; the minutes record "Ms. Matson's stipend will be $2,680." Matson administered the Oath of Office to Board President Mary Dugan and earlier had administered oaths to newly elected trustees Patrick Pegg and Matthew Schiller. The board noted that ex officio student Board member Savannah Coyle will take the oath at the August meeting.
The re-elections and reappointments came as part of the standard reorganizational agenda, which the board concluded and adjourned at 6:37 p.m. on a motion by Matthew Schiller, seconded by Patrick Pegg (carried 4-0).
