Dr. Matt Gordon opened the Policy Committee meeting on June 16, 2025, and provided an overview of the district's policies, exhibits, and administrative procedures. "The Committee reached consensus that all policies in the issue would be recommended to the full BOE at the next Regular Meeting excluding policies 6:310 and 7:315," the minutes state.
The committee directed that the PRESS Issue #118 exhibits and administrative procedures be added to the District's AP Manual, excluding 7:315‑AP (noted as high‑school related). Members present for the discussion and consensus included committee members Jen Helfers, Leann Kohl, and Dan Pollman. The committee's recommendation will be placed on the agenda for the Regular Board of Education meeting scheduled for June 23, 2025, where the full board may act on the proposal.
