Board awards $2.33 million roadway resurfacing contract to A&B Asphalt

The Engineer's office had reported earlier that many projects are completed in-house when allowable and that doing so produces significant savings; the resurfacing contract represents externally procured work for the 2026 program. The motion passed with no recorded opposition and the board directed the County Administrator to execute contract documents.
