Town Clerk Robin Carr said the Town Attorney reviewed the expiring 15-year contract and determined it to be standard and sufficient. The board approved scheduling the public hearing by motion of Council Member Joseph Trappler, seconded by Council Member Jason Becker; the vote was unanimous. Residents may comment at the March 5 hearing and the board will consider any public input before final action.
