Commission adopts 2026 meeting calendar after tie-breaking votes on work-session time

Commissioner Douglas then moved to set work sessions at 9:00 a.m., a motion seconded by Commissioner Biddle; Frost and Hoyte opposed and Chairman Coffey cast the tie-breaking aye, carrying the motion in favor of the 9:00 a.m. schedule.
Other calendar items (regular meeting dates for 2026) were resolved as presented. The vote pattern illustrated split preferences among commissioners over meeting times, but a majority decision on the 9:00 a.m. work-session time was recorded.
