The Town Board of Addison unanimously adopted three resolutions certifying that the board conducted the required annual reviews of official records for 2025.
Resolution #4 certified the Town Clerk’s 2025 records; Resolution #5 covered the Town Court records; and Resolution #6 certified the Bookkeeper’s records. Each resolution was moved by Council Member John Lyons, seconded by Council Member Alice Weale, and passed by roll call with Supervisor Jack Thompson and Council Members Weale, Lyons, Trappler and Becker voting yes.
Board members did not propose amendments during the roll calls, and no public comment was recorded on the item. The actions complete the board’s statutorily recommended annual review cycle for administrative oversight of town records.
