The Board also ratified an assumption of fire control duty (CO-GMF-000114, Elk) for the Sheriff’s Office and authorized the County Manager’s signature for 2026 asphalt paving and boundary line adjustments (LUC-24-00008).
Board action: Commissioner Houck moved approval of the consent agenda and Commissioner Smith seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Several items require follow-up by staff in their respective departments for execution and reporting.
