Heather Armstrong moved to approve the agenda “as presented,” with Lynn Kammes seconding; the motion passed with five yeas and one nay (Dave Hempe) and one member absent (Matt Tibble). The board later approved the minutes and the consent agenda (financial reports including bill lists and treasurer/fund balance reports) with all present members voting yes.
On personnel matters the board approved an updated certified staff evaluation document in a roll call vote and also voted to employ Colin Rogers as a part‑time paraprofessional at a stated rate of $15 per hour for the 2025–26 school year; both motions passed with all present board members voting yes.
