The bookkeeper reported several collections (Justice $647.00; Town Clerk $917.00; $596.23 from the Tax Collector; and $192.44 from Chemung Supply for an overpayment) and told the board the town received notice from the IRS that it never received Form 941 for the period ending 6/30/2024; the bookkeeper said the town is due a refund of $4,356.25 and that the return is being filed.
