Haley Pilgrim elected chair of Mount Vernon Charter Review Commission, 9-0

Mary Kingsley nominated Pilgrim and Monica Whiting-Hogans seconded; after accepting the nomination, “Haley Pilgrim accepted the nomination,” and the Commission voted 9-0 to elect her. The roll call recorded eight members present in the room and one member participating via Zoom, yielding the nine votes reported.
