The Town of Addison Board voted to approve the March 5, 2026 minutes, a set of inter-fund budget transfers and to pay claims totaling $17,368.62 during its April 2 meeting. "Motion by Council Member Weale, seconded by Council Member Becker, to approve the March 5, 2026 minutes as written," was recorded and the motion passed with Council Members Weale, Lyons and Becker voting aye.
The board accepted the bookkeeper's recommended budget transfers (including $343.68 from A1010.1 to A1355.2; $40.00 from A1010.1 to A1355.406; $130.61 from A1010.1 to A1450.4; and $541.70 from DA1990.4 to DA5132.402) and recorded a unanimous vote in favor. The board also voted to pay General Fund claims Nos. 64-84 ($10,064.20), Highway DA Fund Nos. 23-25 ($2,938.15), Highway DB Fund Nos. 3-5 ($3,785.27) and Trust & Agency Nos. 17-19 ($581.00), for a grand total of $17,368.62.
Other procedural actions included approval of the Supervisor Report for March 2026 and a motion to rent a roller for highway operations; a separate offer of $6,500 for the town's old roller was noted but the sale was placed on hold until the next meeting. Votes on each listed motion were recorded as Ayes: Weale, Lyons and Becker; Noes: None.
