The board approved two planning items on July 15: signatures on mylars for a one-lot subdivision named Crosby Creek at Carother's Bayou, and a Plat of Vacation for West Creek Drive. Ms. Galka said the Plan Commission had granted Final Plat approval for the 1.43-acre, R-2 zoned subdivision that combines two parcels and dedicates drainage and utility easements; because there are no public improvements, no bond was required.
Ms. Longer explained that the Plat of Vacation for West Creek Drive had previously been vacated by Council ordinance and that the presented Plat of Vacation needed to be recorded with that ordinance to complete the process. The board voted to approve and sign both documents; motions carried 3-0.
The minutes do not provide additional project timelines, developer names beyond the plat title, or recorded bond documents; staff will record the Plat of Vacation with the existing ordinance as part of finalizing the vacate.
