Council approves payment for culvert repairs after FEMA denial and orders bids for Aspen Lane sewer extension

City Engineer Sarff said the project would extend a trunk sewer along Aspen Lane to serve the planned Burnett’s Ravine Ridge No. 8 subdivision; staff noted the City could elect not to accept bids if the project is delayed.
