Board pauses Shivers property in county ranking pending mortgage confirmation

Board members agreed to remove the Shivers property from the ranking list until the owner obtains mortgage company approval; Bill Amoss moved to approve the removal, Dave Dougherty seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The Patrick family and Parks family properties were left on the ranking list if they did not reach settlement in time.
