At its June 10 meeting the Henry County Planning Commission approved May minutes and unanimously recommended two rezoning requests (R-26-11 and R-26-12) to the Board of Supervisors; the meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
The Henry County Planning Commission convened June 10 in the Second Floor Conference Room of the Henry County Administration Building. Chair Paul Setliff called the meeting to order; six commissioners and planning staff were present and the minutes of the May 13, 2026 meeting were approved on a motion by Richard Reynolds, seconded by Glenwood Vaughn.
During the brief meeting commissioners considered two rezoning cases—R-26-11 (5.676 acres at Riverside Drive & Blackberry Road) and R-26-12 (1.726 acres on 220 South/Greensboro Road)—and voted unanimously to forward both to the Board of Supervisors for final action. The meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
