Laura Brown presented the Board of Supervisors report and several residents raised follow‑up items. Clarence Bouchat pointed out missing items from the BOS report (including E‑codes 360 codification and ordinances) and said he will present warehouse proposals to the Commission at the July meeting.
Commissioner Randy Duncan asked about locations submitted to HATS for inclusion in the regional 25‑year (2050) plan. Township Manager Raymond Palmer identified roughly six to seven locations — notably Wertzville Road, Millers Gap, Sample Bridge, Beard and Route 114 — and said staff proposed sites before final selection and submission to HATS. Mr. Scott Maldonado introduced Jonathan Robinson (HRG) who will handle more township engineering duties following a colleague’s promotion, and Commissioners discussed meeting logistics, including a preference by six of seven members to receive hard copies of plan packets. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
