Resident urges clearer public records and spelled‑out acronyms during public comment

Clarence Bouchat of Warwick Circle used the public‑comment period to press the Planning Commission on transparency and clarity. He noted the Board of Supervisors previously used the Woodland Buffer and said he was disappointed recent recommended conditions had not been directly sent to the Board. He asked that, "since the meetings are not streamed to view remotely, that the draft minutes be available to the public, so that they can be reviewed and edited for content and grammar." Bouchat also asked the township to spell out acronyms (he sought clarification on 'CLI/SDS') so the public can better understand agenda materials.

The request raised a procedural point for commissioners and staff about public access; no vote or formal directive on streaming or minute‑publication policy appears in the minutes. The commission continued on to its agenda items after public comment.
