Property owner Jake Richcreek told the Planning Commission that the HJ Towing & Recovery site had been before the Zoning Hearing Board on March 10 and that he will submit a revised plan reflecting any conditions from that hearing. Commissioners discussed sidewalks and landscaping as outstanding items and considered a potential future alignment of Bernheisel Bridge Road.
Commissioner Randy Duncan specifically suggested reserving an easement to allow a future alignment of Bernheisel Bridge Road. The commission tabled the final land development plan on a McDonald/Duncan motion; the motion carried.
The minutes do not record the specific Zoning Hearing Board conditions or an expected resubmission date; staff and applicant will need to provide the revised plan before the commission takes further action.
