The Pateros City Council set public hearings for the fee schedule and the 2026 budget for its Nov. 17, 2025 meeting, and separately set a hearing for a 2025 budget amendment on the same date. Mike Harding moved to set the public hearing for the fee schedule and 2026 budget; Frank Herbert seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Holly Bange moved to set the public hearing for the 2025 budget amendment; Chantel Poole seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
On the consent calendar the council approved payment of claim check numbers 43963 through 44054 for $66,128.19 and payroll checks for $66,163.66; the motion to approve the consent calendar and void checks 43970–43975 also included approval of the Sept. 15, 2025 minutes and the Mayor's Monthly Meeting Plan and passed unanimously.
