Council authorizes grant applications and hears update on emergency sewer pump

Councilmembers authorized the City Administrator to apply for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and Washington Department of Ecology (ECY) grants to support water and sewer projects. Holly Bange moved for authorization and Frank Herbert seconded; City Administrator Jord Wilson discussed grants and loans during the agenda item and the motion carried unanimously.
