Concord housing board approves minutes, authorizes response and OKs $4,000 small grant

The Concord Housing Development Corporation held a virtual meeting on July 7, 2026, calling the meeting to order at 8:01 a.m. and adjourning at 8:45 a.m. The board recorded Ray Andrews, Julie McClure, Ann Sussman and Dan Drazen as the voting members present.
The board moved, seconded and voted 4-0 to approve the minutes of regular CHDC meetings on February 3, 2026; March 3, 2026; March 30, 2026; April 7, 2026; and April 22, 2026. The minutes approval was recorded by roll call as: Mr. Andrews — Aye; Mr. Drazen — Aye; Ms. McClure — Aye; Ms. Sussman — Aye.
The meeting also recorded a 4-0 vote approving Small Grant Application 111 for $4,000. The roll-call notation for that vote listed Mr. Andrews, Mr. Lowitt, Ms. McClure and Ms. Sussman as voting "Aye." (Note: Mr. Lowitt appears in the roll-call for the small grant vote but was not listed in the meeting attendance line.)
Separately, the board voted 4-0 to authorize Board member Julie McClure to respond to a letter requesting CHDC support related to Junction Village and a future memorandum of understanding with DCAMM and the Town. No further formal actions were recorded. The board adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
