Planning Commission approves several plats for Northwest Estates and Graham Road Commercial Center

Staff told the commission the plats satisfied Unified Development Code and Texas Local Government Code requirements and that Technical Review Committee comments were addressed. "Those plats satisfied the requirements of the unified development code and the Texas local government code ... and staff recommends approval," Elena Buendia said.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about PowerPoint symbology and the absence of dedicated presentations for plats; staff confirmed plats had been reviewed and the commission approved the consent items by voice vote in two batches (items 5–7 and later 4, 8 and 9).
