Superintendent Dr. MacGregor thanked both negotiation teams (district led by Ms. Kelly and Dr. Green; HEA led by Ms. Craig and Mr. Parrish) and called the agreement "a fair deal for our employees," saying it recognizes staff contributions while remaining "fiscally responsible."
