Paul Wills of Plante Moran Realpoint presented the district’s April 2025 bond dashboard, which summarized allocations across Construction/District-Wide, FF&E, Buses, and Technology/Security and included funding and expenditure data through Jan. 8, 2025.
Wills said current projects include site improvements at Visions Unlimited, Farmington Central High School and East Middle School, and scoreboard and lighting upgrades at middle and high schools. "All projects are on schedule and projected to remain within budget," he reported; board members asked questions that staff and consultants addressed during the presentation.
The dashboard included projected costs to complete by category and updated project schedules. The board did not take formal action on the dashboard itself at this meeting but will continue to monitor spending against bond allocations.
