Residents describe aggressive deer, property damage and tick concerns

Councilmembers asked staff to gather written reports, photos and emails from residents to document local incidents because that data will strengthen any application to the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Council also noted that anecdotal reports alone are useful but that permits and some contractor funding decisions require systematic documentation of collisions, complaints or dead‑deer pickups.
