Board approves Highly Capable plan, Phase III small-school grant project and surplus list

The Pioneer School District board took three substantive approvals at its Sept. 23, 2025 meeting: the district’s Highly Capable Plan (Elementary and Middle), Phase III of the Small School Grant project, and the September Surplus List.
Mr. Lee moved and Dr. Day seconded approval of the Highly Capable Plan; the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Clark moved and Ms. Bechtolt seconded approval of Phase III of the Small School Grant project; the motion passed unanimously. Mr. Clark moved and Mr. Lee seconded approval of the September Surplus List, which the board also approved unanimously.
Each approval was recorded in the minutes; the actions advance program planning and asset disposition per board direction.
