President Terri A. Weems presented proposed updates to the OCSBA Bylaws and Resolutions and directed the board to the summaries and marked-up text included in the packet. The OCSBA materials require member-district votes by June 6, 2025.
Treasurer Claudia T. Heinrich moved and Donald Walker Jr supported the motions to approve the proposed amendments to the OCSBA Bylaws and to the OCSBA Resolutions. Both motions were adopted by roll call; the minutes list Ayes: Blau, Heinrich, Hull, Smith, Turner, Walker, Weems and Nays: None.
The packet includes rationale and full text of proposed changes for member review; the board treated the May 6 discussion as the action meeting to approve Farmington’s positions for the OCSBA ballot.
