The closed session to conduct the superintendent evaluation was approved earlier in the meeting by a unanimous 7-0 roll-call vote after Member Terryn moved and Member Vonck seconded the motion. President Fauson presided over the meeting and returned it to open session at 7:42 p.m.; the meeting adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
