Facilities Director Dennis Walls reported that drywall and siding work at the EOC and the Hancock Site are nearly finished and said he expects to plan a field trip to the Hancock Site for the board at the August 18 meeting. Walls said he and Andrew Sankey had spoken with potential users for the EOC meeting room and he will coordinate scheduling.
Walls proposed creating a dedicated department number for the Hancock Site (to cover maintenance, IT and related costs) and suggested specific line items and amounts, including a Maintenance or Improvements Account ($15,000), Fuel for Hancock Site ($7,500), and Electricity ($6,600). He also noted a potential tenant meeting for Building E on July 23.
