Board hears eco-study concerns as disc-golf layout reduced to roughly 3.75 acres

"We have around, I think, 33 unmowed woods, and the disc golf course measure I've measured this out, is only taking up around 3.75 acres total of a footprint," Chris said, explaining that several holes would touch existing trails and that the overall impact is less than 10% of unmowed woods.
Board members pressed for clarity on which holes fall in sensitive areas—members counted between four and five holes in the sensitive designation—and discussed whether MOU language about a two‑year review applies from signature or from installation. Chris agreed the MOU wording was ambiguous and suggested cleaning it up.
