Ray (planning staff) said the Auburn neighborhood contains mixed lot sizes and both single- and two-family housing, and concluded the proposed density and lot sizes were compatible with the surrounding area. "I would like to give a positive recommendation, for both of these zoning board of review applications," Ray stated while summarizing the staff report. Commissioner Carrero moved a positive recommendation for both applications with split votes noted for the first item.
