Board approves many license renewals, tables several pending additional information
Summary
The Board issued numerous company renewal approvals and an initial individual license, while tabling a set of renewal applications pending additional information from applicants.
At its July 2 meeting the Maine Board of Pharmacy approved renewal applications for a long list of companies and issued an initial individual license for Christopher Rommel Jr. (PT60020794).
Nicholas Haar, PharmD, R.Ph., moved to approve Christopher Rommel Jr.'s initial license; the motion was seconded by Timothy McCormack and recorded with Samantha Emmons and Bradley Hamilton in favor. The Board also moved to issue renewal applications for multiple companies (examples recorded in the minutes include Dentsply Sirona Orthodontics Inc. – MF30002048; Digestive Care Inc. – MF30002269; Fresenius Kabi Compounding, LLC – MF30002059; Genentech Inc. – MF30002177; Walgreens.com Inc. – MO40002178; and others) via individual motions recorded in the minutes.
The Board tabled several renewal applications and asked staff to request additional information before issuance. Named companies recorded as tabled included Get Relief Rx LLC (MO40003559), One Way Drug, LLC (MO40002289), Revive Rx. LLC (MO40003402), Right Value Drug Stores, LLC (MO40002780), Stokes Healthcare Inc. (MF30001717), and Xttrium Laboratories Inc. (MF30002293). The tabled items were approved for tabling with Emmons and Hamilton recorded as in favor; Ahmed, Kane and Norberg were absent.
