The consent-agenda motion passed on a 5-0 vote.
During Committee reports, Tracey Wooden summarized Finance & Property Committee discussions from Feb. 5, which included Budget Revision #1. Christopher Mumby moved and Amy Lark supported approval of Budget Revision #1 for 2025–26; the board approved the revision unanimously. The committee also discussed the proposed 2026–27 Child Development Services rates, a replacement freight van purchase, a potential staff stipend and renewal of the Employee Assistance Plan for later board action.
