The mayor moved to appropriate $584,007.57 from unrestricted water fund reserves to account FY24‑25 budget account 218210‑490.137, award the agreement to S Co., Inc. for an amount not to exceed $531,597 and encumber a 10% contingency totaling $53,160; a council member seconded and the motion carried with an "Aye" vote. The council approved the appropriation and contract authorization during its June 19 meeting.
