The minutes state the Association ratified the CNA by a majority vote of its membership, and the board authorized the board president and the Business Administrator/Board Secretary to execute the agreement on the district’s behalf. Board President Mr. Scerbo thanked the Teachers’ Association for its cooperation during negotiations and said the board appreciated the partnership.
