Board adopts agenda and prior minutes, then adjourns special meeting

The Saginaw Township Board of Education convened a special meeting on May 5, 2025, at the Arrowwood Conference Center. President Janice Collison called the meeting to order at 8:12 p.m., and the Board recorded a quorum. David Jaffe moved to adopt the agenda for the special meeting; Marianne Bird seconded. The motion passed on a unanimous roll call vote.
The Board approved minutes from the April 22, 2025 Regular Meeting, the April 22 closed session, and the April 25 P3 meeting on a motion from Jenean Coughlin, seconded by Marianne Bird; the vote was unanimous. The minutes state there were no public comments during the public comment period. After the Superintendent's Report item addressing a boiler replacement at Arrowwood Elementary, Arik Smith moved to adjourn; Marianne Bird seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
