County begins Wells Fargo P-card rollout and plans OnBase contract-management replacement

Controller Scott Parke reported that the county has begun implementing a phased Wells Fargo Purchasing Card program and an updated electronic approval system. The rollout to all departments is planned for the beginning of 2027, and all cardholders will need new training.
Facilities management identified contract management as an area needing improvement and will replace the current On Base program. Scott said he has identified known contracts and will work with IT and staff (Jeff) on the OnBase migration and refinement of a new contract tool that will add reminder functions for renewals and required annual filings.
