Commissioner Jonathan Sanoff moved to enter executive session at 6:06 p.m.; Jordan Stern seconded the motion and the session proceeded via a Zoom breakout room.
Commission members and First Selectman Henry Tirrell attended the executive-session breakout. Town staff member Stacey M. Sefcik remained in the main Zoom session without breakout access, and the minutes note that no members of the public were present for the executive session. Participants returned to the main session at 6:44 p.m., and the minutes state expressly that "No votes were taken and no decisions were made during the executive session."
