Scott said the pie-eating contest may become a watermelon-eating contest next year because many pies were discarded, and that the movie night scheduled for July 17 will be held at the amphitheater area, likely starting closer to 9:30 p.m. to wait for darkness; Hip Kidz will run concessions. The organizers earlier decided to set up the screen in front of the amphitheater so it could be anchored securely.
