Hines approves IT service contract and equipment purchases for emergency readiness

Administrator Roxane Worley said the city had returned to Oregon Data Systems LLC (ODS) for IT services and that the proposed contract includes purchasing new equipment. Worley highlighted the need for laptops for emergency purposes and said the contract would also cover equipment replacement and ongoing support.
Councilor Robert Beers moved to approve the ODS contract and to authorize purchase of the recommended equipment; Councilor Misty Shepherd seconded. Both motions passed by unanimous voice vote. Staff will proceed with procurement under the contract terms.
