Speaker 6 (acting on behalf of the treasurer) summarized reconciliation of payment requests dating back to the original CRCA distributions and said the disbursements reflect review of 58 payment requests and prior partial payments. He said the funds originated from negotiated project monies provided by Denver Water to advance specific projects and are not county general-fund dollars. Commissioners moved and approved both resolutions during the meeting.
No dissent was recorded on the floor. Staff noted additional disbursements tied to CRCA projects would be brought forward in the near future as final invoices and reconciliations are completed.
