Board Member Patricia Love noted that Diligent Community "includes a strong AI component that should improve minute-taking and accuracy" and asked about annual costs and the possibility of other districts joining the contract to secure better pricing. Board Member Mike O’Neill said Diligent Community appeared the stronger choice and supported following staff recommendations because staff will use the system daily. Board Member Chelsea Bonini observed that transition to Diligent Community should be fairly seamless, since it is the updated version of BoardDocs.
Superintendent Chávez said BoardDocs set an April deadline with an optional extension and that Diligent Community is prepared to transition quickly; he also said staff would email exact pricing information to the Board.
