Board outlines priorities for future agendas; O’Neill to draft Bill of Rights resolution; Rollins Road discussion planned

Members agreed to prioritize a Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission presentation in April, to route the cell phone policy to the Board Policy Subcommittee, and to have SELPA liaisons work on CAC recruitment materials and appointment processes.
A summary list of agreed next steps was recorded by staff and included removing a standalone Workforce Housing update (to be handled by the Workforce Housing Subcommittee), incorporating Strategic Plan tracking into Budget/Study Session work, and starting the United for Youth item as a memo. Board Member Bonini and Superintendent Chávez will coordinate on materials for student board member recruitment and weekly update formats.
