Emily, a city planner, presented Plat 2026-155P (Fox Hollow Unit 9), describing it as a proposed replat of a 9.2-acre tract to create 40 single-family lots. "This plat is for the purpose of creating 40 single family lots from an unplanned attractive land in the Fox Hollow subdivision," Emily said; staff reported the plat conforms with the subdivision ordinance except for incomplete public infrastructure and missing corrected originals.
During questions, a GIS reviewer noted the plat "did not have directional dimensions," and staff circled the four locations needing dimensions so the developer could provide them. Commissioners asked about driveway access to the adjacent state loop; staff explained that TxDOT had restricted additional driveways along that segment and "the driveways for those lots are required to be off of the local streets there instead of the loop." After discussion and the recording of required corrections, the commission approved the plat with conditions requiring corrected originals and either completed infrastructure or accepted surety.
