EMC sends reprimand grievance to hearing after documentation missing from file

Ava Case and other members noted the grievance references a letter of instruction as well as a letter of reprimand, but the committee did not have the underlying documents in the packet. Sandie Geyer moved to send grievance 10372 to hearing and Case seconded; the motion carried unanimously so the parties can present attachments and evidence at hearing.
The EMC chair recorded the vote and instructed staff to schedule the hearing and include the missing documentation in the hearing materials.
