Architect Alan Valerio and the owners answered questions and said it was straightforward to implement the staff-recommended changes. "That's very easy to implement into this time," the architect said when asked about the listed zoning comments. Staff will complete their design-review consultation with the city reviewer after the meeting and follow up on the items raised.
Board members encouraged attention to access and shared use of adjacent street ends as the project proceeds to permitting.
