Property manager urges Poulsbo to inspect long-vacant Albertsons site

Councilmembers discussed longer-term policy options— including vacancy taxes or stronger inspection rules— but did not adopt new enforcement at the meeting. The council did direct staff to continue seeking ways to contact the property owner and to evaluate existing inspection code.
