The Town of Alexandria board voted to approve payment of the abstracted bills and to accept the previous meeting minutes during its Aug. 20 meeting. Chair led both motions; each was seconded and carried by unanimous voice vote.
The Chair asked for discussion before each motion and the board responded with "Aye" when prompted. There were no recorded no votes or abstentions. The board also completed a roll call and the pledge of allegiance at the start of the meeting.
The board did not record a roll-call tally in the minutes beyond the voice votes. The items were procedural and will appear in the posted meeting documents on the town website.
