Commissioners adopt Resolution 2026-446 to move into executive session on litigation

Chair opened the meeting and introduced a resolution to convene in a closed session. "Resolution Resolution 2026Dash446," the Chair said, introducing the document that the board said related to "litigation negotiations and the attorney client privilege." The Chair said the resolution was provided "in accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey...public meeting act."

A commissioner moved the motion and another commissioner seconded it; the board then conducted a roll-call vote.
