The Calvert County Planning Commission opened its June 17, 2026 meeting by adopting the proposed agenda and approving the summary of actions from the May 20 meeting by voice vote. Chair Wilson Freeland led the roll call and confirmed a quorum before commissioners moved quickly through routine procedural items.
Staff presented the site-plan and subdivision list included in the meeting packet; commissioners said they had no questions. During the public-comment period staff reported, "there's no one online," and no in-person public comments were offered. The commission then moved to adjourn, closing the meeting by voice vote.
